Don't  know if you have already found the solution yet.

Install the AOL extension.
Add your post.com domain to this extension

Webmail account name: identify this so tell it from your other webmail
accounts. In my case I use "Linuxemail.org - Webmail"
Server: localhost
Port: 110
User Name: your complete post.com email address (Example:
[email protected])
Secure connection: Never

Smtp:
Server: localhost
Port: 25
User Name: your complete post.com email address
Secure Connection: none
