Another solution is to use Thunderbird's automatic BCC option to send
a copy of every message to your Hotmail account.  You can use a rule
in Hotmail to move messages out of the Inbox.  Unfortunately, I don't
think you can put them in the Sent folder, but at least they would be
in your account.
