The file at the URL above is now correct, and I can install it in
Thunderbird 2.0.0.24.

However, if I try to "Find Updates" from within Thunderbird (using
Tools-Addons), I am directed to a corrupted file that I cannot use.

I don't mind doing the update manually, although it would be nice if
it just worked normally.
