I wonder if different people see different results depending on the version of TB in use.
I use 2.0.0.24 and all the results that I reported earlier are for that version. I tried installing 3.1.6 to see how that worked. With TB 3.1.6, the Webmail/GMail extensions would not delete downloaded mails (as with TB 2.0.0.24). However, 3.1.6 failed to delete silently, while 2.0.0.24 reported an error. Also, with 3.1.6 the extensions would happily download the same message(s) over and over again if I didn't delete them on GMail. My recollection is that, with 2.0.0.24,the extensions would only download each message once (if at all).
