The problem I see here is that your trying to use an IMAP server with POP3 account. You will need to either use "pop.googlemail.com" for your server or you will need to setup a separate IMAP account in TB. You can not mix server types as they require different protocols for communications.
Neither is a webmail account; this would be a third option if you need to use the webmail extension due to a firewall blocking access to the pop3 ports. You may also need to change your security settings to either "none" or "starttls". I would it would be none on the pop3 server. The webmail extension uses "none" and handles the security settings itself when communicating with the server. Eugene
