Working ... sort of ... Thunderbird 3.1.8 WebMail 1.3.11 WebMail - Yahoo 1.4.7
Had a little trouble getting the WebMail - Yahoo plugin to work on Thunderbird 3. The Account Setup instructions on the WebMail site still provides info for TB2; so I had to wing it for TB3. Finally managed to get it working by turning off SSL on the POP server (incoming), which concerns me. I tried enabling SSL/TLS and using port 995 - also changed WebMail POP server port to 995 and restarted it - but that didn't work. It just seems to hang up at "connected to localhost" but never moves on to "Connect: Host Contacted..." SSL/TLS works fine on the SMTP server (outgoing). Can anyone confirm for me whether SSL/TLS *should* work with the POP server for the WebMail - Yahoo plugin? Thanks, -RMWChaos
