* Welcome stuff should be in
* a separate module for actions/view/templates/cache/validate
* a sub-folder in {{{pub/}}} for images
* {{{libs/}}} and {{{dev/}}} should be created in the project directory
* unmodified {{{.htaccess}}} and {{{index.php}}} files should be put into
{{{dev/pub/}}}
* creation of an {{{.htaccess}}} in pub/ should be optional and default
to no (project configuration system should ask for this)
