(In [3875]) Some spice for this morning's pizza delivery: "project-create"
now puts .htaccess, index.php etc into dev/pub without modifications, and
"public-create" (also called by "project-wizard", a.k.a. "project") copies
things from there. This is quite neat because you can simply drop any
files that need customization in pub/ into dev/pub/, and your developers
just run "agavi public-create" to get custom copies for their local
install in pub/. Closes #1049, thanks for the help with this, impl.
