I have several TiddlyWikis in which the excludeLilsts tag does not display in the tagging list. These are TWT-Blackicity TiddlyWikis and one MPTW TiddlyWiki. I also have several in which it does. These are all relatively plain Blackicity-themed TiddlyWikis, i.e., not TWT- Blackicity.
Anybody have any idea why?
