Can you describe what occurs? I just tested it at tiddlywiki.com and all seems normal. Anyway, if you set in Control panel > Settings > Tiddler Info Panel Mode to 'Tiddler info panel stays open until explicitly closed', you can open the info panel of the button tiddler. At the first click at the button, made with the macro, you can see the fields and tag appear.
