Without seeing your complete contact, its hard to know what you've
done. If you've actually changed the "msg" field to "text", then you
need to change it to something else because using a reserved word is
likely to cause all sorts of problems.

Next, the store clause you provided uses double quotes -- but because
you're already in a double quoted environment, you needed single
quotes.  But forget that - use nulls. I took out the tags field,
because I didn't want to take time to insert my own tags field in my
test contact form, but you can play with putting it back. Anyways,
this clause worked on my system:

 
store.saveTiddler(f.title.value,f.title.value,f.msg.value,null,null,null);
