Sebastjan, I don't think using content within tiddler rather than as tiddlers for tasks is going to make alot of difference. You could use external tiddlers or multiple tiddly wiki's
I use a fully custom tiddlywiki rather than one of the canned ones to get more personal results. Your original idea may be addressed by following up on slices http://tiddlywiki.org/wiki/Slices Reminders http://remindermacros.tiddlyspot.com/ may help If your tagging system is smart it is easy to archive by using the export plugin. I am considering making a collaborative project environment myself but think each project will have its own tiddlywiki. I will advise the group if I get that going.
