spamming...sorry I fixed the issue with IE, it was a version issue. I was using IE8 (preferred over here) but upgraded to 9 and it is working PERFECTLY. this plugin is going to make our tiddlywiki amazing in terms of what we were trying to do.
So in short I think IE8 may not work properly with this plugin.
