Not sure if this is right or not but perhaps a themes space requires a compatibility filter, because not all themes can be said to be compatible with all TW versions, or am I wrong?
I guess this would call for a simple script that reads the theme compability from a field and can make simple comparisions in terms of less, greater or equal to version xyz... and then also some information on compatiblity in general.
