It has NightModeColorPalette which can be in principle published by itself, by for real applications (switching between day/night mode) the plugin is much more handy. As for other themes, I haven't anything of interest yet, though I'll create smth for my central repository which is not established yet. What I can say for sure, is that TW lacks adaptive representation, but adaptive design can hardly be implemented by themes themselves -- it requres javascript as well (as far as I know).
