At http://five.tiddlywiki.com/ scroll down to TiddlyWiki5 Editions and click How to use TiddlyWiki5 as a standalone HTML file<http://five.tiddlywiki.com/#How%20to%20use%20TiddlyWiki5%20as%20a%20standalone%20HTML%20file> Then proceed following step1 over there.
