Hi Nathan Sorry to be slow, it's just dawned on me what's happening here. At the moment TW displays all imported tiddlers as they are imported, and one or more of your modified system tiddlers are of the category that they don't display properly as ordinary tiddlers.
So, the solution is just to "close all" from the sidebar after you import; soon, importing will display a list of the imported tiddlers, rather than blindly opening them all.
