That's something I never really understand :(
In theory I thought this should work:
\define join2(a b)
$a$$b$
\end
<$link to=<<join2 {{!!title}} "-appended">>><<join2 {{!!title}} "-appended"
>></$link>
<$button set=<<join2 {{!!title}} "-appended">> setTo="Success…">create…</
$button>
And it works if called directly, but not when used as attribute values :(
