An issue with linebreaks, especially after tables, I guess. See https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/tiddlywiki/uuqj5MJWo3E for a similar issue. It seems that when the wikitext is translated into HTML, some <p> elements are included that may interfere with what you expect.
