Personally, I'm not a fan at all of bundling plugins with documentation.

Not only won't you get the latest documentation.
It wil also lead to ever more bloated wikis when all you want is...

   - that functionality
   - a short summary
   - a simple example
   - a link to the documentation

I pretty much create a new TiddlySpot (or other individual wiki) for every 
little thing.
To document and showcase individually. I find that helps with the focus.
