Thanks for the feedback; hmm firefox can be a bit quirky on occasions - 
I've taken note about that behaviour. 
If you want to customise ckeditor there are options in this tiddler:
$:/plugins/bj/visualeditor/config.json
and user styles here
$:/plugins/bj/visualeditor/styles.json

There some issues - its not really WYSIWYG as it does not use the 
tiddlywiki styles!
