After reading this page <https://dev.twitter.com/web/javascript/initialization> it looks like I may have to make a real plugin that sets up a daemon listening for tiddlers opening and then runs the twttr.widgets.load() function. Hopefully I can find a way to have it only run when one of the twitter buttons or other objects is rendered.
