Hi Backslash You can add a new "edit template segment" that contains a single, space separate tags field. Create a new tiddler tagged $:/tags/EditTemplate and the following content:
Tags: <$edit-text field="tags" tag="input" class="tc-edit-texteditor"/> Note that you'll need to wrap any tags containing spaces with double square brackets, [[like this]].
