Hey Egbert, I would download an empty TiddlyWiki from the website. Then go to Tools >> Import and choose the file that you copied over from your Android. You should be able to see all the tiddlers that way and select which ones you wish to import.
After importing, click the save button, then refresh the browser, and now you should be good to go....
