I didn't know about TiddlySpeck <https://github.com/robertpyke/tiddly-speck> 
but it sounds interesting. So if it is "an open source version of 
TiddlySpot", then I interpret this to mean that it is a server, right? 
Which would make it qualify for the Backend <http://backend.tiddlyspot.com/> 
listing. I kinda' doubt I'll get any information about it though... 
(created 9 yrs ago).
