It reminds me of user groups in linux. So, in terms of structure. You have a "related" field. It is a list field and lists tiddlers that represents groups the the tiddler might belong to.
For instance tiddler "Jaguar" might list as its groups: Cats, Cars The list field of "Cats" would, for instance, contain Jaguar, Tiger, Tabby The list field of "Cars" would, for instance, contain Jaguar, Volvo, Jetta If you have a new car, say Tesla, you could just add it to the list field of Cars.
