I am intrigued how you got the note: field to store line-breaks. *How did you do that? :-)* I can see *the field content is very fragile*--meaning you edit in the normal editor just one character in the note: field and on save all line-breaks are removed. So its important to help you get advice on how to hide that field or made it not editable.
