That is easily demonstrated by asking yourself "Well what is the RELEVANT size of a component Tiddler for my PURPOSE?" In fact TW as easily allows and supports large Tiddlers. So whilst "fragment" (I.e. as a "part") could be Tiny, it could also be Huge. It depends on the purpose. In narrative and academic writing it more likely your main units with be of considerable length.
