I think you are missing the point that has been made several times. You are EITHER changing HTML or changing CSS, or both. How else you gonna do it? It is *entirely arbitrary* so opinion of the matter is slightly irrelevant. Just assert it. I myself like a way that aficionados of markup loath like "A:".
