I looked at the enabled methods from the options window.  Only None was set for encryption.  I have had more than one installation of TigerVNC's WinVNC at this point so I can not be sure if it is a leftover setting or the actual default.  This should have all three checked from what you just explained.  Can anyone else confirm that is when is actually being setup when it is installed?
