The Pico stuff is well made, they still support products made years ago, good free applications, and an open interface protocol. If you'd prefer an internal PC card I can do you a good price in a Data Translation DT-322. 8 channels differential (16 single ended) of 16 bit ADC, 4 DAC's a couple of counter timers and some digital I/O all on a PCI card.
