I got an interesting education in silicon economics 5-8 years ago. We were looking for a low cost audio A/D. A guy from TI suggested using a codec and ignoring the other half. (The idea of throwing away half of a chip had never occurred to me.) -- These are my opinions, not necessarily my employer's. I hate spam. _______________________________________________ time-nuts mailing list -- time-nuts@febo.com To unsubscribe, go to https://www.febo.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/time-nuts and follow the instructions there.
