Yes, it does. A7U1 (on the "Oscillator Power Supply," which is apropos to this thread) is a common 7812 3 terminal one.


The oscillator regulator shouldn't run hot since the current for the 10811A oven controller and oscillator regulator is rather low (a few mA).
The main regulators provide amperes of current for the ECl and CML logic.
