No sir, the government does not have a receiver design.  The design has
been created by Xtendwave under an SBIR grant.  Their design is proprietary.

service, you MUST buy the Xtendwave hardware.



Not exactly... you could design your own receiver and use it. (hopefully not infringing any patents from Xtendwave)
