Later versions of the OSA 3000 also had 8613. I have seen 8613 and 8602.11 myself.

All the pictures and information I have seen and
the modules that I have, show identical boards and assemblies.

Depending on oscillator, time-constants was different, but that is just mounting-cases of the same board.
