Yes, I have seen it reverse a few times already. My Z3801A has been on since my last move, about 1.5 years ago. I plan on leaving the Lucent on as well.
Sometime soon, I'm going to buy, build, trade, whatever some better means of measuring these standards against each other. The DMTD project that Bert is working on and that was reported here some time ago sounds interesting. I am in the middle of some other things now, but when I have time, I want to investigate that option further.
