I had removed a really crappy 50Mhz SOIC-8 xtal oscillator with no adjustment and replaced it with a NB3N511 that fit on the same pads (with a couple small mods). I set it to 5x and fed it with an added internal 10Mhz OCXO or an external Tbolt and it worked fine. I just made sure to bypass the power pin to gnd right at the IC. _______________________________________________ time-nuts mailing list -- time-nuts@lists.febo.com To unsubscribe, go to http://lists.febo.com/mailman/listinfo/time-nuts_lists.febo.com and follow the instructions there.
