That's why - I didn't notice that Ask put in more NS records.

Ask - please cut down on those!  I did take care that the answer for a DNS 
query would small enough for UDP, you adding more NS records changed that.  
I have *significant* TCP traffic on my DNS server now, and actually I have 
a problem (as stated in my previous posting) with misconfigured DNS servers 
half-opening TCP connections to my DNS server and letting them stuck in 
SYN_SENT state.

Hmm. Looking at the server right now, you've already done this.  Thanks.
