Ah, yes, I'd forgotten about that. It's a single IP address somewhere
inside msn.net on the west coast of the US, a stratum 2 clock. Doesn't
answer ntpdc queries.

I'd also forgotten that Windows XP hardcodes time.nist.gov as well. I
wonder how many dinky Windows machines are spamming this stratum 1
clock? Heck, why are we bothering to run a pool at all? Why not just
set pool.ntp.org to be a CNAME for time.windows.com?
