I think I even had some problems using the quotation marks and moved the directory to one that didn't have any spaces in it (e.g. c:\log\ntp\stats). > C:\Program Files\NTP\bin\ntpd.exe -M -g -c "C:\Program > Files\NTP\etc\ntp.conf" > > (I can't recall what the -g does. The -c points to the config file). If I recall, the -g allows a one time initial step outside of normal parameters.
