As far as I know Ask has never called the policy "everybody determines his own level of tolerance" into question. pool.ntp.org does not guarantee any level of service, abusive users risk to be blocked. If you block too much and people start to notice, people will come to this mailing list to complain and Ask will need to have Words(tm) with you :-) cheers -- vbi -- Will stain.
