Yup, that is correct.  (But they're still being inconsiderate jerks  
for the way they use the pool).

The plan is to make the pool script[1] export the list of NTP servers  
in a format then read by pgeodns[2].

pgeodns needs to get some new smarts to know to return some IPs more  
often than others.  I also need to figure out how to split the IPs in  
the 4-5 unique zones in a way so the view is consistent yet slowly  
rotating.    Maybe just do it as it's currently done (split them when  
the file is generated, regenerate  the file every so often).
