I think the "vendor" requirments should be clarified and emphasized.

If you look at this page:

You'll find no mention of the vendor issue. There should be a big red
exlamation point at the top of the page saying "if you need to get
time for more than 50 computers or devices, please follow these
instructions instead" and link to the vendor page.

I think the Item #4 link on the front page, "information for vendors",
also isn't prominent or descriptive enough. I manage hundreds of
machines, but I wouldn't click on that link, because it is for
"vendors". Instead it should read "Information for vendors, ISPs and
network administrators". Or maybe separate links for all three, with
slightly different tailored messages. I can come up with some draft
pages if others agree.
