Right now it's a 1200s (20 minutes) but it might need to be adjusted if
people are still seeing spikes. The 5 servers are getting about 30
query/sec each right now.

That's weird, Videotron and Bell are both members of the QIX* and they
should be exchanging routes there. I guess it's because of some dumb
political reason... :-(
