I just checked and I received host 66.79.167.34 (unlawful.id.au) from the NTP pool when looking up 3.pool.ntp.org from a server based in Chicago, IL USA on XO's network.
This certainly doesn't seem right, as that server seems to be either in Austrailia (according to the domain name) or Europe (according to traceroutes).
