It looks many of you have troubles to build tcc 32/64 on Windows. There is a .bat that mostly does the job but not totally.
I added win32/Makefile that bootstrap from gcc/Cygwin a Windows native tcc toolchain. i.e. it does not require Cygwin. You can even "make tarball" if you want to copy this version from machine to machine. Hope it helps
