tcc is using IMAGE_FILE_MACHINE_ARM (0x1c0) in tccpe.c.
I expect, that this works since Windows CE,
but can someone with a recent Windows (10/11 on ARM) system
please check and report back here
what the os files use and that a tcc compiled buinary works.

as ARM, Thumb-2, LE with the hint:
This Constant is available starting with win 7 and server 2008r2.
