Not specifically, but I do know that Tiny has been working hard on 
multi-company recently so assume that any problems then have been sorted out 
now.

Each different database would have a different Chart of Accounts even though 
they run from the same instance of TinyERP. 

You might want to separate each company into different instances running from 
different ports, however, to increase their isolation from each other, though 
you still couldn't prevent database name clashes (you couldn't have two 
databases in different companies called 'test', for example, in 4.2.0 rc2, even 
though you could protect data in one company's database from being accessed by 
another).
