So....that what i think :
For the server : 
CPU: P4 2.0GHz.....Ok..but maybe to just
RAM: 512Mb...............not good ! i advice you 2GB
HDD: 10Gb free. ....not good. i advice you 1 SCSI 80GB for the sytem + raid1+0 
80Go for the database.

What i have already tested/benchmarked is the quantity of data/ressource (until 
30000, not yet up further)

what you will want to test is the connection specification : users: 50, average 
15 concurrent sessions THAT'S IS AWESOMEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE !

with a bigger server like yours, at 4 simulatous users, it is very slow ! so i 
don't imagine 15 !

For the client : 
under windows : 2 Go if you want to do multitache with other program, else not 
1 Go is enought
