You might wish to add to the doc - that one should look in Financial Management/Configuration/Update Rates after installation. - There one needs to do a "new" to create a cron entry, choose sources and the frequency etc. I tried a sync with admin.ch and it worked fine for me. I have CH localisation and base currency. Afetr the excahnge update both the CHF and EUR rates were "1", which does not sound right?
